Engineering and Construction STEM Day Camp

The SAME Central Virginia Post, with support from the SAME Blue Ridge Post, SAME Northern Virginia Post and SAME Washington DC Post, is proud to host the 2026 Virginia Tech Engineering & Construction Camp, a hands-on, immersive program designed to introduce high school students to careers in engineering, architecture, construction, and related STEM fields.

The engineers and builders of tomorrow are in high school classrooms right now. This camp puts them in the field alongside the professionals who will shape their futures. Selected students engage directly with industry mentors, tackle team-based design challenges, and develop the problem-solving skills that define successful careers in STEM.
